Bio: My interest in music began when I was just messing around on my parents’ old keyboard as a kid and figured I should start taking piano lessons. When I picked up the trumpet in the 6th grade, band became a prominent and meaningful part of my life. It has been ever since! No matter how busy I’ve been over the years pursuing a career in healthcare, band has always been a consistent outlet for me to create music with others and meet even more amazing people. In addition to being a woman of science and playing in the band, you can also catch me at FitRec learning how to rock climb in my free time!
Favorite BU Bands memory: My favorite BU Bands memory is either doing the trumpet hype chant before a marching band performance or staying late after a hockey game to go get Cane’s chicken and hang with my friends. To me, the people are what make the BU Bands truly special.
