Ben Livney

Hometown: Congers, New York

Short Bio: I’m a huge nerd. I love physics and electronics and I’m in school as an electrical engineer to learn how to zap things. I really like Lord of the Rings, and I watch all the movies every six months. Oh, and I play tenor saxophone. I started on piano when I was 7 but switched to clarinet in 9th grade when I realized it was really hard. Clarinet is hard too but I still play it. I took up saxophone in addition to clarinet in 10th grade. In my free time I like making fresh pasta and hanging out with friends. 

Favorite thing about BU Bands: I love going to TD Garden to watch the team play in the Beanpot or the playoffs (when we win).
