Travel through time and listen as he takes us on a journey of BU&#8217;s ever-changing landscape and shares BU&#8217;s vision for the future.<\/p>\n<h3>JANUARY 2018<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/BStsUtu26p0\"><strong>An Update on the War on Terror: A Conversation with Dr. Jessica Stern<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nDr. Jessica Stern is a research professor at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies and is the author of several books, including <em>Terror in the Name of God: Why Religious Militants Kill,\u00a0<\/em>and coauthor of <em><span>ISIS: The State of Terror<\/span><\/em>. Stern, whose research focuses on perpetrators of violence and the possible connections between trauma and terror, is best known for her sit-downs with murderers\u2014terrorists in prisons and refugee camps\u2014seeking to understand their motives.<\/p>\n<h3>JUNE 2017<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/W3Jxl1qtVPE\"><strong>NEIDL: A Conversation with Dr. Ronald Corley<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nThe BU Loyalty Society presents a conversation with Dr. Ronald Corley, professor and chair of microbiology at the BU School of Medicine and director of the National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories (NEIDL).<\/p>\n<h3>DECEMBER 2016<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/v_j_z792M0o\"><strong>The Bionic Pancreas: A Conversation with Ed Damiano<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nEd Damiano, BU professor of biomedical engineering and pioneering creator of the first bionic pancreas, discusses the revolutionary breakthrough of the bionic pancreas and its ability to manage diabetes.
